The short version: Apple handles payments and refunds for Mimmo. Here's how to cancel, how to ask Apple for a refund, and when we can step in.
1. Purchases are made through Apple
Mimmo subscriptions are bought and billed through the Apple App Store. Apple holds the payment, so Apple decides on refunds, under Apple's own policy. We can't issue a refund ourselves, and we never see your card.
2. How to ask for a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you paid with.
- Choose "Request a refund", pick the reason, and select the Mimmo purchase.
- Apple usually replies within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
3. Cancelling
Cancel any time on your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Mimmo, Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. If you live in the EU or UK
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. When you start using the subscription straight away, you agree that it begins immediately, which can end that right once the service has been provided. Apple's refund process above is still the way to ask, and Apple applies these rules.
5. We can still help
If you were charged by mistake, something in Mimmo didn't work, or Apple turned your request down and you think that's wrong, email help@mimmolearn.com with the date of the charge. We read every message and will do what we can, including pointing Apple to your case.
